As part of Tourism Noosa's May Fiesta, Eumundi Markets will host All Well & Good -- a special health and wellness oriented market day.
Eumundi Markets General Manager Peter Homan said market visitors will be able to follow an All Well & Good Trail through the market on the day, take part in free yoga workshops, and enjoy demonstrations and presentations from a range of speakers.
"All's Well & Good is a chance to enjoy a day of healthy pampering as our market welcomes all for a special event covering healthy foods, therapies and lifestyle choices," Peter said.
"Take the time to traverse the All Well & Good Trail through the markets, with more than 40 stalls showcasing products and services focused on health and healing," he said.
Sample, test and try products and services including herbal medicines, essential oils, natural skincare, Ayurvedic medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese medicine, yoga, massage, manipulative therapies, tarot readers, palmistry, reiki, clairvoyance, astrology and energy healing. Visitors will receive a free trail map and program on the day.
Visitors are invited to take part in a FREE YOGA WORKSHOPS at 8am and 10am with Donna Thordarsen from Soul Song Yoga. No prior yoga experience is necessary. BYO yoga mat or towel and wear comfy clothes.
There'll be demonstrations throughout the day in both the workshop tent and also on stalls along the trail. "Market visitors will have a chance to watch demonstrations of Zen Thai Shiatsu bodywork, gong therapy, reflexology, the healing power of music, massage and more," says Peter.
"And make sure you make your way to the Main Stage, where Juzzie Smith will perform his original brand of healthy music, sharing the stage with some captivating health and healing speakers.
"Listen and learn from speakers about cellular transformation therapy, naturopathy and herbal medicine, chakra massage and singing bowl therapy, natural skincare, Ayurvedics and a whole lot more.
