Cooroy, QLD: March 14, 2014 - Slow Food Noosa is off to the country! Join them for an autumn outing that's sure to make you giddy. Slow food Noosa has been invited to make the most of Cooroy Mountain Park, an exclusive property with 360 degree views.
Feast on heavenly food from the hands of Berardo's head chef Tim Montgomery, with your head in the clouds on top of Mount Cooroy.
Mr Montgomery said Slow Food Noosa was a fabulous organisation, helping raise awareness for the social and health benefits associated with good, clean and fair food.
"At Berardo's we source the best local produce for our menu and I am pleased to be cooking for the autumn outing," he said.
"I have a brilliant menu planned which is sure to inspire you and set your tastebuds alight."

• Shared platters of sour dough with Fat Hen Oil
• Salad of Steve Waugh's Tomatoes, Quinoa, Gympie Goat Curd, organic leaves
• Blackall Street Antoine Truffled Brie
• Tiger Prawns, Rodriguez Chorizo, Coriander & Lime
• Heirloom carrot & Parsnips roasted in local tea tree honey
• New potatoes in parsley & Tarragon
• Vanilla & Rosewater Posset with Strawberries and Feijoas.
