What is it that makes your life easy and free of confusion and problems? What brings happiness and peace into your life and allows you to share it with others? It's your attitude - the unmistaken attitude with which you live your life and give it meaning.

And what is the attitude that is most meaningful for your life? It is living with compassion. Lama Zopa Rinpoche All of us face challenges and experience emotional pain throughout our lives. And whether we like it or not, it is often these painful experiences that transform and shape us. So how can we respond with heroism to such challenges? How can we ensure our experiences are making us stronger and braver? How can we remain open to others who can help us, and in turn reach out to them?

In this course Geshela shares the joy of compassion and its truly transformational power. Find out how to empower yourself with loving kindness, both for yourself and those around you. Saturday 13 May 9.00 am - Sunday 14 May 3.30 pm held in the Gompa at Chenrezig Institute. Facility fee $100. 10% discount for members and concession card holders. Accommodation and meals available separately. Meals must be booked before 10.00 am on the day of the event.

All bookings can be made on our website www.chenrezig.com.au. Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim was born in Tibet in 1969. At the age of 14 he became a monk at Sera Je Monastery in India, where he was awarded his Geshe degree (the equivalent of a doctorate in Buddhist studies) in 2005.

Geshe Tsultrim is immensely popular for the warm and approachable way in which he presents the Dharma. Apart from the formal study programmes, Chenrezig Institute is a peaceful, calm and relaxing place to spend a few hours, days or weeks. Stroll along the bush paths, wander in formal garden, espresso in the cafe or a vegetarian meal. Teachers' availability subject to change; please http://www.chenrezig.com.au/programme/calendar/ for updated information.
