Benefits of Mediterranean Diet on your mind and body as you age. The Range Community Gym will be holding a seminar on the effects of the Mediterranean diet. Dr Anthony Villani - lecturer in the Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics program at the University of the Sunshine Coast, will be discussing these areas and how the Mediterranean diet can assist in the prevention of Chronic Diseases.

Other speakers include Alexina Johnson who will be talking about Olive Oil, a prime ingredient in the Mediterranean diet. The talk will be held at the Mapleton Bowls Club on Sunday 4th June from 9:30 – 1:30pm. The cost is $15 for Gym members, $20 non-members. Morning tea and lunch will be provided (Mediterranean of course!)
