Caloundra Family History Research Inc. will hold its next meeting on Thursday 17th March at the Guide Hut, Arthur Street, Caloundra at 1.30 pm. Guest speaker will be Mr Stephen Muirhead from the Public Trustee Office whose topics will be wills and probate - two very important resource aids in family history research.
The Group will also be hosting a seminar to be presented by historian Dr Jennifer Harrison, University lecturer, on Saturday 2nd April from 1 pm to 4 pm. Jennifer will speak on Convict Research in Australia and also about organizing all your family history records.
Bookings are essential. The cost of $10 includes afternoon tea. Mr Alan Phillips will showcase some of the Archive CD Books available from Gould Books.

CFHR's Research Rooms are opened on Thursdays from 1pm to 4 pm (except 3rd Thursdays) and on Saturdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
