Member for Caloundra and Shadow Health Minister Mark McArdle is calling on all local residents and businesses to come together for Caloundra’s Biggest Morning Tea on Friday, 27th May.
Now in its third year, Mr McArdle is playing host and putting on a delicious spread to help raise funds for the Cancer Council.
There will be guest speakers from the Cancer Council Queensland, a silent auction and raffle prizes courtesy of Caloundra RSL Services Club, Pelican Waters Shopping Village and Bunnings Caloundra.
“Nearly 1000 Sunshine Coast residents die from cancer each year,” Mr McArdle said.
“This morning tea is a great opportunity for us to gather, share and give.
“Hopefully we can raise $1000 which will be donated in-full to the Cancer Council for vital programs and life-saving research.”
