One caravan, two weeks, six people. What do you think happens?
This hilarious comedy opens at Noosa Arts Theatre on 21 November for a two week season.
Five best friends, nudging forty/fifty and hating it, take their first holiday together in a caravan. One of them brings along his new and all-too-young girlfriend, who threatens the holiday from the start. In the confined space of a caravan, tensions rise and the laughs begin. And then it starts raining!
Set in a caravan park in NSW in the early 80s, this is a very Australian comedy, with the very down-to-earth Parkes as the central character. It takes a light-hearted look at friendship, age and holidays you should never have!
This production has a very successful and experienced director in Jane Rivers and a very strong cast - Sharon Grimley, Brett Klease, Jenni McCaul, Anna McMahon, Steve Mitchell and Frank Wilke.
