COMMERCIAL IMPERATIVES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)
BDO & Fisher Adams Kelly invite you to attend their forthcoming seminar 'Commercial Imperatives of Intellectual Property', which will address the importance and implications of IP.
The first part of the seminar -- 'IP fundamentals' -- will be presented by Ernest Graf and provide a practical overview of IP as a strategic business tool. Key questions answered include what is IP; why do you need it; why invest in it; why protect it; and what do you get from having it?
The second component -- 'Implications of IP' - will be presented by Brian Richards, who will explore the commercial and tax implications of intellectual capital and IP advice.
