Have you been thinking about volunteering in your local environment and want to know how you can participate?

Getting involved with council’s Community Nature Conservation Program is a great way to assist in the conservation and restoration of our natural environment.

Come and find out more about the program and meet our council officer’s and current volunteers at this FREE public open day.

Join us for this family-friendly event:

  • Guided walks through the gardens (9:30 & 10:30am – bookings essential)
  • Live music by The Sheepdogs (11am – 1pm)
  • Children’s activities
  • Displays
  • FREE sausage sizzle
  • Coffee, cold drinks and ice creams available to purchase.

Bookings are required for catering AND if you would like to participate in a guided walk.

There is one walk at 9:30 & one at 10:30 – maximum 20 people per walk. If these are booked out we may put on further walks.
