Expressions of interest to participate in the Building Better Communities community leadership training course are being called from residents and groups keen to learn new skills to improve their confidence and create better opportunities for the community.

"Participants in the course will be able to grow and improve their group's activities while at the same time creating new initiatives for the community," Cr Wallace said.
"It's a valuable opportunity to build on the skills of local groups who already contribute so much to our local community."
