Relationships - whether with our partners, parents, children, friends or colleagues - make up a large part of our lives and can be a wonderful source of happiness and strength. But they can also turn into a source of difficulty and pain. What are the ingredients of happy and healthy relationships? How can we foster them? What can we do when things go wrong?
In this weekend workshop led by renowned psycho-therapist and Buddhist teacher, Renate Ogilvie, we will explore the patterns in our relationships with other people. We will look at how we can keep our relationships rewarding and vibrant and how we can make them blossom. We will learn what we can do to overcome difficult or challenging situations. Drawing on Buddhist teachings and Western psychology, the workshop will explain effective, practical methods of transforming our attitudes and expectations in relationships to help us maintain stable and satisfying connections with the people we care for. This course is an excellent opportunity to discover how to make your relationships flourish! Everyone welcome!
