The daffodil is the international symbol of hope for all touched by cancer. In the same way spring brings regrowth and new life, daffodils give hope and new life to all Australians coping with cancer, and remind us that there is life after a diagnosis of cancer.

Daffodil Day - 20 August 2004
Funds raised through Daffodil Day guarantee that the Queensland Cancer Fund's vital research programs will continue to help all Queenslanders by turning that hope into triumph over cancer.
