Learn about our local seafood, safe practices and sustainability from fishermen Pavo Walker (Walker Seafoods), James Day (Mooloolaba Prawns) and Les Apps (Fraser Isle Spanner Crabs). Then enjoy the best seafood lunch prepared by Jiro Numata, Zeb Gilbert, David Pugh and Steven Snow.
