The next Eudlo Music Nights will be October 6 and 7 at Wominjeka Park, Eudlo. Artists include The Strangest Dreamers, Rob Longstaff, JuJu Bom, Steve Sparrow, Blackall Blues, Sam Shepherd, Noel Gardner and Alex Bridge, Lindsay Drummond, Peter G and the Flat Whites, Innessa, Ian B MacLeod, Deni Chapple, Karen Law Band, Peter Watkins, Roger Beare, Julie Whitney, Muddy ‘n Petal Band, Jeff Josephs, Ian Williams and Brendan the Mindfulness Poet amongst many others.

It begins on the Saturday, going from 12pm through to 2pm on the Sunday. Music is the feature, but the event includes other activities. (The October event will include star gazing, bird watching, a yoga and salsa dancing session, a creativity flowing working, a community painting workshop, fun with chess and kid’s activities such as a percussion fun session, as well as vocal and guitar workshops, a cajon building and playing workshop, and a guitar repair and building workshop.).

People are encouraged to set up camp and stay the Saturday night. There will be a charge at the gate of:
Adult ($25 for weekend or $13 for Sunday), Child 12 – 17 ($10 for weekend or $5 for Sunday), Concession $15 for weekend or $8 for Sunday, Family tix are $50 (for up to 2 adults and 2 children).
There is no extra charge for camping and there will be a bar and a coffee van, and lots of lovely home-cooked food available, including a dinner special Saturday night and a cooked brunch Sunday morning. A big fire will be a feature of our event and there will be late night music around it.

There will be a raffle for October’s EMN and we have wonderful prizes including a set of wooden bongos built by Mike Duggan Percussion (valued at $300) and a jewellery workshop with The Jewellery Collective (valued at $250) amongst other prizes. There will also be studio recording time prizes at the Sound Space for song writing and covers artists. The prizes will be drawn from performances at the Open Mic sessions. Spots can be booked for the open mics (Saturday 12 – 1pm, 9.15 – 10.30pm, Sunday 12.45 – 1.55pm and possibly others) and performers will be allowed 2 or 3 songs per act.
The Eudlo Music Nights has been created by musicians for musicians and lovers of music, and we welcome you coming along and taking part!
