Death is inevitable -- learn techniques to understand
Has someone passed away recently?
Facing Death & Living Life Course
Death is inevitable; so why do we pretend that death is not part of life? Death has no favorites; it does not visit only the old and the infirm.
This weekend course will look at how we can use the understanding of the certainty of death, the knowledge that we can die at any moment as a means to prepare our minds for that time. It will also give us the skills to be with people who are dying or grieving following a death. Learn techniques to help both yourself & others transform the experience of death, allowing this process to occur without the intense fear, anger and other afflictive emotions that can make this experience so traumatic.
Venerable Rigsal Meg and Jude are all currently involved in hospice work, they visit and provide support for those who are close to death or grieving following a death on a regular basis.
Join them for this weekend course and look at how we can transform our minds and our view of death so that we can be of help to ourselves and those around us.
