About Wallace House
Wallace House is the home of Noosa Shire Arts and Crafts Association Inc. and is situated in Noosaville, just 2 hours north of Brisbane, on the picturesque Sunshine Coast.
Here in this historic Queenslander house, everyone can learn and develop skills in a myriad of arts and crafts from pottery to paper tole. Courses and workshops are held throughout the year which are open to members and non-members. Wallace House has no crèche facilities but it has disabled access with ramps and a lift.
Wallace House is a self-funded, not-for-profit organisation run solely by volunteers. We rely totally on membership fees, workshop fees, monies from the sale of our arts and crafts, room rental, fund-raising activities and donations to maintain this beautiful facility. Our volunteers give their time to make sure the house runs smoothly as well as enjoying quality tutorials and workshops in the company of like-minded people.
