Two of the most versatile native citrus varieties are Gympie Lime (or Dooja) and Finger Lime. Their zestiness and nutritional profiles set them apart from regular citrus and their ease of growing make them a valuable inclusion in any backyard garden.
Find out all the benefits these two fruits have, a few easy and interesting ways to use them in cooking, how to make refreshing drinks, and enjoy sampling them.
Each runs for 2 hours and are suitable for adults only (babies in strollers are welcome if they tend to me sleeping/quiet).
The venue is a private residence in Maroochydore perfect for an intimate, relaxed and fun event.
