Sunshine Coast Libraries in association with Goombuckar Creations presents a selection of short films to celebrate Reconciliation Week, 27 May to 3 June.

The films showcase Kerry Neil of the Gubbi Gubbi as he shares stories of the Sunshine Coast from Maroochy River to the stunning Glass House Mountains and the traditional grinding stones of Landsborough.

2017 marks the 50th anniversary of the 1967 referendum and the 25th anniversary of the landmark Mabo decision which recognised Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ relationship to the land.
