Relationships - whether with our partners, parents, children, friends or colleagues - make up a large part of our experience of life. While these relationships can be a source of happiness and strength, they can also be a source of difficulty and pain.
So how do we develop a healthy and reliable approach to relationships, and what do we do when things go wrong? Led by renowned psychotherapist, Renate Ogilvie, this weekend workshop explores the difficulties we face in keeping our relationships rewarding and vibrant.
It looks at the causes of problems and what we can do to overcome them. Drawing on Buddhist teachings and developments in psychology, the workshop also teaches effective, practical methods of transforming our attitudes, and maintaining stable, positive and satisfying relationships.
Don‘t miss out on the opportunity to discover how to get the best out of all your relationships! Everyone welcome! Renate Ogilvie has taught at Buddhist centres around the world for over 20 years. She combines modern approaches to psychotherapy with Buddhist philosophy to help individuals deal with depression, fear and anger.
