This two-part workshop is a contemporary presentation of an ancient spiritual wisdom - the 16 guidelines. These are straightforward and practical tools for developing happiness and meaning in our lives.
By revealing the deeper value of honesty, generosity and kindness, the guidelines help us to make wiser decisions, to transform our ways of thinking and acting, and to develop the resilience necessary for modern life. The course is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, faith or background. It will involve teachings, reflection and relaxed group discussions.
