It can be surprisingly hard to change our habits-even when we know it's in our best interest. Unused running shoes, gym memberships, maybe a yoga mat or meditation cushion gathering dust might be evidence of this.
It can equally be as hard to act on bigger issues that are important to us when we feel overwhelmed and incapable of making a difference. Join us for a one-day workshop that presents a modern psychological understanding of habits, combined with some ancient techniques we can use to gain control over them.
Saturday 9th of September 9:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Wellbeing Centre at Chenrezig Institute.
