Josephine is a kangaroo – who loves to dance. Her little brother, Joey, tells her that kangaroos don't dance, they hop – but Josephine continues to point her toes and leap through the air.

A delightfully funny tale that looks at the importance of believing in yourself and realising your dreams.

"Monkey Baa writers Eva Di Cesare, Sandie Eldridge and Tim McGarry are dab hands at adapting books for young audiences" Deborah Jones, The Australian

“Monkey Baa Theatre Company has made its reputation with delightful stage adaptations of well-known children’s books...” Jo Litson, Scene and Heard

"Monkey Baa isn't just about putting good books on stage. They show kids how ideas and characters can be translated from one art form to another. They take them on an adventure of the mind and spirit". Jackie French
