Throughout the day, there will be children's activities and workshops, dreamtime story telling, exhibitions by Noosa Art Trail Artists and surrounding established Sunshine Coast artists. Their works can be purchased on the day.
Aboriginal guided Bush Tucker walks including medicines, useful plants and bush foods. Bush tucker introduction and cooking demonstrations. Bush tucker plants for the home or commercial grower. Loads of tasty bush tucker foods and organic foods to try. Attend a traditional spear making workshop, adult drawing and painting workshops or drumming workshops running throughout the day. At 3.00 p.m. join an open invitation to attend the drumming circle.
Information and a wide range of health products and services available including free health checks by registered nurses, reflexology, reiki, remedial/relaxation massages, facials, life coaching, naturopathic and aromatherapy treatments and organic products. Life style demonstrations performed by clubs and organisations from across the Sunshine Coast including karate, gymnastics, tai chi, aikido, yoga, ka huna and the Sunshine Brass Band.
