Bruce BirdSinger Bruce Bird has a fantastic blues voice and is often compared to the likes of Joe Cocker and Peter Green. He also plays a mean blues harp. Bruce started taking his singing seriously when with his friend and fellow musician Doug Kelly built a recording studio at his home. This led to performing at many functions and parties with "Doris Dirt and the Scumbags".
Dallas McDonaldLead Guitarist Dallas McDonald has been playing since his teens. His first band "Borgus" was formed in the early seventies and soon became popular on the local scene doing blues based rock. Dallas won "Lead Guitarist of The Year" at the 1974-75 Queensland Pop Awards and Borgus played many support gigs for top Australian bands including AC/DC (at The Battle Of The Bands), Sherbet, Skyhooks etc. One highlight was an open air gig at The Botanical Gardens in Brisbane with Valhalla and Railroad Gin playing to a crowd of 30,000. Borgus also supported overseas acts including Lou Reed and Osibisa.
Peter (Theodore) EveraardtBassist Peter Everaardt has a full, driving sound that comes from years of honing his skills and talent in rock and blues bands. Peter is originally from Victoria and got his got his musical feet wet playing the pub circuit, in "Cann River Blues Band" then moving on to "Black Opal"After moving his family to Queensland Peter played in various groups including "Fearal Dinosaurs" and "Word of Mouth" and "NSG". All of these bands played the pub circuit extensively.
Tim BirdTim started studying music and playing drums in High School where his teacher was Barry Harvey, the drummer from one of Australia's best and most respected Blues bands "Chain". He has completed Music Level 5 and is continuing his studies at QUT where he just been accepted for a Bachelor of Music Degree.
