Take the trip out to Kandanga for one of the friendliest, most laid back festivals you’ll find.

From 11.30am till 7.30pm, the Mary River Festival in the beautiful Mary Valley has a theme this year of “Citizen Science”

This festival has so much to offer for everyone!

There will be live music, Cats Claw Weaving workshops, screen printing and mud painting with kids craft activities, great local stalls, food trucks, and fantastic environmental and community organisations offering information on how you can get involved. Check out the talks in the Yabba Yarning tent.

You can be sure the kids will entertained all day long!
