This unique Mindful Yoga Retreat aims to lead you "From the Head to the Heart - a path to more joy". The physicality of yoga and stillness of mindfulness are the perfect partners for developing greater balance and flexibility of the mind and body.
Yoga teacher Paul Wood and mindfulness trainer Lindel Greggery will guide you through ancient techniques to clear the mind and open the heart. You'll be practising yoga, mediation and applied mindfulness techniques such as mindful walking and mindful eating.
Sessions will be held indoors and out, including optional beach yoga, and all levels are welcome.
