This one-day Mindfulness at Work workshop will train easy to learn secular (non-religious) mindfulness techniques and share practical work strategies such as mindful planning and prioritisation, mindful emailing and mindful energy management.
Participants will gain a whole toolkit of usable skills to help them remain calm amidst the storm, focus on the highest priority tasks and better manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
The workshop is facilitated by workplace mindfulness trainer Lindel Greggery and is suitable for those new to mindfulness as well as those with an established mindfulness practice.
