In this one-day course we explore different kinds of mindfulness and discover how to turn daily activities into mindfulness practices.
This is a general course equally appropriate for people with or without a spiritual tradition. Venerable Tsultrim has been a student of Chenrezig Institute for 13 years.
She is a university-trained counsellor with masters in International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution.
