Moonwalking across Caloundra
Get your walking shoes on and enjoy the warm spring nights and atmosphere of a full moon with Caloundra City Council's October Moonwalk.
Part of Caloundra City Council's out there and active initiative, moonwalks have been planned using a variety of locations across the City, including new walkways at Lake Kawana and Currimundi.
Moonwalking is an extension of the City's highly successful 'Just Walk It' program, which is sponsored and supported by both the Heart Foundation and Sport and Recreation Queensland.
The next Moonwalk will be held at Currimundi Lake on Monday October 17 at 7.30pm. The walk is free and participants should meet at the entrance to Hargreaves Park at the beach end of Westaway Parade (opposite Coco's beach store).
