Music for the Mary
What: Musicians who have written songs about the Mary River will be joined by top local musicians for an afternoon of music (blackboard jam) dedicated to Saving the Mary River and the Mary Valley from the state government's proposed dam. (No speeches!)
Who: Anyone interested in Saving the Mary: Musicians, local residents, Save the Mary Committee reps, assorted politicians including local candidates for Wide Bay, Greens Senator Rachel Siewart from the Senate Enquiry, Qld Greens lead senate candidate, Larissa Waters
When: This Sunday afternoon, November 11th, between 1-6pm
Where: The Kandanga Hotel, Kandanga (take the Amamour turnoff on the Bruce Highway, south of Gympie, and follow the signs to Kandanga.
