The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) is an independent tribunal. They are committed to actively resolving disputes in a way that is fair, just, accessible, quick and inexpensive.
Disputes that are commonly directed through QCAT include building, consumer, residential tenancy, neighbourhood (trees and fences) and body corporate.
