Many local businesses have again got behind the show supporting the Noosa Show Society.  The volunteered time local people give toward organising and running the show over the weekend helps provide that valued community spirit that we all know and love to be a part of.

Quotes:

" I am excited to be part of this fantastic fun filled event.  As a local myself,  I value this opportunity to ensure a strong community tradition carries on in the town of Pomona.  This years show success will continue to flow on into the future years as we begin planning to celebrate 100 years of the Noosa Country Show fun and excitement in 2009."
(Mia Hacker - Secretary)

"I am looking forward to working with my new committee as well as our valued Society and Community members. I am expecting the culmination of the show on Saturday night to be spectacular with this year's Honky Tonk Rodeo."
(Les Andreassen - President)

"Our working goal is to promote Art in the local area and give Artists a chance to exhibit.

The Noosa Country Art show is incorporating artist from our area.  We are Encouraging people with special disabilities both mental and physical to enter.  We are building up the Art section of the Noosa Country Show to include different classes from previous years.

We have the support of Celebrity judges - Jamie Dunn and Agro as well as other International Judges.  There is something for everyone.  We have the valued support of over 30 local sunshine coast businesses.  We are on the road to having our Art Show as the major art show on the Coast and on the way to being one of the most successful in Queensland."
