I know many are a bit grossed out by the look, smell and feel of it. Some have bad memories of being fed a lot of it as kids. And others just simply don't know what to do with it in the kitchen! If any of those are your reasons then I'm here to help! I've gained a lot of amazing health benefits and healing from consuming offal regularly and I love experimenting with different cuts and various cooking methods, so I'm pretty confident I can help people overcome their offal barriers and starting using it and benefiting from it also!
