The Kawana Visitor Information Centre will open its doors and light up the barbeque for residents this Thursday 17 May, from 2 to 4pm.
Overlooking the duck ponds at Jessica Park on the Nicklin Way at Minyama, the Kawana Visitor Information Centre is located at the northern entrance to Caloundra City.
Staff and volunteers provide quality, current information about services, facilities, venues and attractions in Caloundra City and across the Sunshine Coast.
The Centre helps 2,000 visitors every month, and is open seven days a week, 9am - 5pm.
A range of merchandise is also available for purchase and the Centre sells tickets to visitor attractions and tours on the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Caloundra City operates a network of five visitor information centres at Caloundra, Kawana, Maleny Hinterland and Glass House Mountains.
