The Sunshine Coast urgently requires vital infrastructure funding to cater for our growing population and to ensure the prosperity of our region. LNP Candidate for Fisher Mal Brough joins us at our next breakfast event to explain how the Region can secure funds for vital infrastructure projects such as the expanded Sunshine Coast Airport, the Bruce Highway Upgrade or a light rail system.
Mal Brough is a long serving Federal Parliamentarian as a Minister in the Howard Government where he held various portfolios including treasury, employment, families, defence and indigenous affairs. Join us as Mal explains how sourcing this important funding can be achieved.
UDIA Queensland Director of Policy and Economic Research Duncan Maclaine will provide an update on the latest information regarding the development industry including the latest Sunshine Coast Region statistics in house and unit approvals, land sales, construction, employment and more. He will also provide an update of recent and proposed State policy changes and how these will impact our Region.
