A Centre for Buddhist Study, Meditation, Retreat & Practice
Who wants to suffer, either physically or mentally??
I think it would be true to say we all want to learn how to live in a way that will bring us happiness, not suffering and dissatisfaction...... BUT HOW?
According to Buddhist Philosophy it is karma, good and bad, that creates our happiness or suffering respectively.
In order to do something about it, we first need to understand how we create karma and how it affects our lives. Secondly, we need to know if we can get rid of, or "purify", that negative karma we have already accumulated?
Join Geshe Jamyang as he explains this fascinating topic and gives real and practical insight into this age old dilemma. Find out some of the different methods or techniques that Buddhists use to help create a better life now, and in the future.
