Please be advised that the Sippy Downs & District Community Association, is conducting a public forum to discuss the TMR Draft plan for the Bruce Highway upgrade.

There has been considerable community anger over the issue of the proposal to close the on/off ramp access to the Sunshine Motorway, near the Chancellor Park Marketplace.

This will have serious consequences for business owners at Sippy Downs, and force residents as well as visitors to use the Dixon Road Interchange off Claymore Road when travelling to Brisbane.

There is also considerable community anger over the proposed closure of on/off ramps access the Bruce Highway at Palmview, as well as the resumption of 22 homes at Tanawha to construct the Western Service Road.

Your media organisation is invited to attend. Guest speakers will include State Member, Jarrod Bleijie MP. Other local media have also been invited to attend. The details of the meeting.  are:
