This will be the penultimate lunch to celebrate the Festival. Join world renowned Sara Morales of Garamond International, Chris Sheehy and John Susman as they guide you through a tasting of the three grades of the new Yasa (Emirates aqua-farmed) caviar matched with the typical condiments with fine wine and vodka. This will be followed by a seafood lunch of the finest Australian and New Zealand seafood by Fishtales with matching wines. All this with the view over magical Laguna Bay.
