QUESTACON SCIENCEPLAY - WEDNESDAY 25 MARCH
Questacon SciencePlay is an exciting new hands-on science program for children aged 2-5. SciencePlay aims to encourage young children to explore and learn about the world around them. Each session is free of charge. Parents/carers are required to supervise and assist their children during the session. Choose from the following sessions: 10-11am; 11.30-12.30; or 1.30pm - 2.30pm. YOUNG WRITER'S GROUP LAUNCH

Thursday 2 April 4-5pm in the library meeting room.

LITERACY CLASSES
Noosa Library provides assistance to adults who want to improve their reading, writing and numeracy skills. The Essentials: Adult Literacy and Numeracy program offers free one-to-one to provide training to meet the needs and goals of adult learners. Sessions are held weekly at the Noosa Library with a trained volunteer tutor. Funded by the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations.

Celebrating International Women's Day, Noosa Library is proud to present international speaker Kim Serafini, founder of the 'I am gr8ful' phenomena.
I am gr8ful is a world-wide phenomena which is founded on the philosophy that positive action attracts positive energy. Also known as the Law of Attraction, 'I am gr8ful' will inspire women and assist them with making changes to their lives.
Confident, intelligent and enthusiastic, Kim Serafini is the living embodiment of the term 'ideas woman'. As the head of the i am gr8ful team there is no doubt that she practices what she preaches, each day inspiring those around her to be better, work harder and give more.

HARMONY DAY
Harmony @ Noosa Library

Harmony Day has been celebrated in Australia for the past 10 years. It's about community participation, inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.
In celebration of Harmony Day, and its key message of "everyone belongs", Noosa Library is proud to present human rights advocate Nora Amath. Nora has received many awards, and in 2006 she received the prestigious Australian Muslim of the Year award. Nora will cover topics such as Islamic culture and how we can live in harmony in spite of our differences.

BATTLE GAMES @ NOOSA for kids over 10 yrs. Held every Saturday in the Noosa Library meeting room from 11am to 2.30pm. Come along and you will find the armies of Warhammer - Skaven, Elves, Space Marines or Lizardmen strategically battle each other. B.Y.O Armies and game books. BABES IN ARMS
Babes in Arms starts Wednesday March 4th until March 25th at 10am.
A fun baby program designed to share songs and rhymes with new parents and their young babies. Session runs over four weeks, each session approx 30 mins.
