Noosa Library Service hosts a range of fun activities for children each school holidays. From storytelling to wacky workshops, there is something to suit every child.

Robotics and Circuits
A hands-on workshop for you to build your own robot. Learn how electrical circuits work by experimenting with our LittleBits electronic building blocks.

Be a Wildlife Manager for a Morning
Do a flying fox survey with Council’s Flying Fox Management Officer in a camp with over 1000, before Lyn Boston, a real-life bat carer (and her special guest Phoebe) tells you all about the importance of flying foxes and how you can help save them.
Wear long pants, closed shoes, hat, sunscreen, and bring water. Parental participation preferred.

Booin Gari 2017
Booin Gari means ‘Come this way’ in Gubbi Gubbi language and is an opportunity to build positive relationships and celebrate local Indigenous culture.
The Library will be taking the Book Bike to Booin Gari this year and we invite you to join us in our read and relax tent to share stories and songs.
