Sherrille Hermon's Exhibition for Sunshine Coast Hospice
2426th October 2008 at Bicentennial Community Centre Noosa
Sherrille Hermon a local professional artist has decided to undertake an art exhibition to support the Sunshine Coast Community Hospice, Terry Clarke-Burrows and Sue Story the co-founders, the Board of Directors and the dedicated team of volunteers.
Sherrille has devoted every minute of her very busy days to art, following her passion for art from her young days. Sherrille is putting everything into this exhibition for herself as well as for a well deserved charitable organization.
Having lived by the Sea in Ceylon [Sri Lanka] and now living in Noosa, Sherrille excels in beautiful artworks including seascapes, figurative drawings, Indigenous dancing, flowers and modernistic paintings, all Sherrille's original creativity.
The artist's interplay of lights and dark is amazing. Most of Sherrille's canvasses are meticulously prepared, full of colour, yet some can be subtle. A variety for everyone's taste.
In her young days Sherrille's beautiful water colours won her great prizes and later painted in oils which encouraged her to sell and get lots of commissions.
Sherrille is celebrating this event by donating a share of all her paintings to the Sunshine Coast Community Hospice. So come along and support the Hospice on the Sunshine Coast.
Sherrille is proud to announce her Solo exhibition and celebration at the opening on Friday the 24th October, at 7pm. Meet the artist Sherrille and the Directors of the Hospice. For the opening night please RSVP 54928707.
The exhibition continues on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October 105pm
at the Bicentennial Community Centre The Annexe, Bicentennial Drive Way
