As a founding member of the internationally famous The Seekers, Keith Potger AO is known to countless fans and this is obvious in the welcome given to him by audiences round the world.
This rare opportunity to join Keith for a songwriter’s workshop is open to a limited number of people. Open to all ages for people who have some level of skill in song, lyric writing. Participants should bring a note book and some examples of their previous work (if any) in written form.
Keith Potger’s musical career started well before The Seekers first stormed the UK charts in 1965. He is a self-taught musician, playing the banjo, 6 and 12 string guitars and keyboards.
He contributed the distinctive 12 string guitar riffs to The Seekers’ chart topping recordings, augmenting the wonderful lead voice of Judith Durham and the boys’ ear-catching harmonies and instrumental talents.
