LAST 'SOUND FEAST' OF THE YEAR

Free entertainment for everyone – the wonderful Noosa community event ‘Sound Feast’ is on Friday 26 October at The J, 60 Noosa Drive, Noosa Junction. Ongoing community support has seen this unique event grow and grow. This will be the last Sound Feast of a very successful 2018.

The line-up for Friday includes six piece sensation ‘Highlife’ featuring South-African born, Hayden Hack and some of the very finest players around, laying down African grooves and an irresistible vibe of pure celebration.

‘Jay Power’ hails from New Zealand, currently touring Australia. Jay Power blends urban beats, funk and neo soul with soaring female vocals and guitar accompaniment.

Brothers Aaron and Levi from the Northern Territory form ‘VanderAa'. Their sound blends a mix of drum, djembe, beat boxing, didgeridoo, guitar and vocals.

World-class harmonica player, Christian Marsh (N.S.W.) delivered a knock-out performance at Sound Feast over a year ago. He will be accompanied by the 'Swiss army knife' of the music industry, Paul Robert Burton (who plays everything at the same time, arms and legs-a-flailing).

Opening the evening is local entertainer, Jaz McKenzie, starting early at 6pm. Jaz is gifted with a natural warmth that emanates and fills the room. A perfect start to a rather big night.

The Jester Sisters, will also be at The J, offering colourful fun, from a greater height than most (on stilts!)

It’s all there – fantastic entertainment, full bar, hot food, comfortable seating and friendly, helpful staff.
