We were blessed to have the wonderful Lisa Speed back in our kitchen to work her magic with the Spanish Long Lunch. She flew up from Melbourne with her suitcase full of delights from Johnston Street Brunswick and everyone who attended were treated to a truly amazing dining experience.
Tortilla de patata - Potato and confit onion tortilla
Gilda- Brochete de Ortiz anchoas, guindillas y acietunas verdes - A skewer of Ortiz anchovies, pickled green chilli and green olives
