Top business woman is breaking new ground and inspiring others
2007's Outstanding Business Women of the Year, Vicki Clark has forged the way for women in senior executive positions and looks forward to sharing her amazing journey with business women from across the Coast at the Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network breakfast on Tuesday, February 12.
In her almost 20 years with ANZ Banking Group, Vicki has gone from the typing pool to local Sunshine Coast CEO and has proven that hard work and dedication does pay.
This exceptional business woman has been breaking all the conventional barriers and glass ceilings, becoming the first women in ANZ Queensland to be appointed in the position of district manager in 2001. However, since then Vicki's banking career has propelled her to new heights as local Sunshine Coast CEO, where she overseas 16 branches and over 140 staff across the region.
Sunshine Coast Business Women President, Karen Neuendorf says that the Network is very excited to welcome Vicki as our guest speaker, as she is a truly inspirational women with an extraordinary story of courage, devotion and inspiration.
"Vicki is involved in a number of mentoring programs within ANZ and is also a passionate supporter of numerous charitable and educational organisations on the Sunshine Coast, she is a quiet achiever with a great life story which I'm sure will inspire all those attending the breakfast," said Karen.
The breakfast is proudly sponsored by Curves, an amazing community of over 10,000 women's fitness and weight-loss centres spanning 43 countries.
