This years' SCFF headquarters will be the fabulously fashionable Noosa Heads, Queensland with a range of fashion events taking place from 6-11 September, 2010.
SCFF 2010 will feature Spring/Summer 2010 ranges before they are seen or available anywhere else in Australia and attendees will be able to purchase fashions hot off the catwalk after the Gala Group Show.
Festival director and founder, Jacinta Richmond said that she was delighted that a designer of Richard's calibre had agreed to be part of SCFF 2010.
"SCFF 2010 is a celebration of the creative talents of established and emerging Sunshine Coast fashion designers showcased alongside national and international guest labels including de Chazal couture.
"Along with Richard's fashions, this year we have over 20 labels showing as part of our Gala Group Show Fashion Parade and Market Hall shopping frenzy with the majority of designers hailing from the Sunshine Coast and a few from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne".
Jacinta assured attending fashion lovers that they would be in for a treat, particularly with de Chazal's finale show which will include over ten garments in his signature, flamboyant style.
Stunning local Sunshine Coast based model and 'face of SCFF 2010', Danielle Voller has been featured wearing one of de Chazal's creations in the lead up to the event. The garment is a rapturous riot of pattern, colour, frills and flounces reminiscent of Flamenco dancers.
