Tania Hubbard, author of the best selling Food We Love and founder of the award winning Gluten Free Grain Free Co. will be talking about life as a food entrepreneur and the release of her new book "Abundance".
Her first book, Food We Love, is a much loved free-from recipe bible. “My best selling cookbook is more than just about gluten-free, grain-free cooking, it is a story about how to make choices that suit your life, that help you feel better and have you waking up happy every day,” says Tania.
Renowned nutritionist and author Cyndi O'Meara will introduce Tania at this event.
About the Author:
Tania founded Australia’s first award winning free-from café, Husk and Honey in 2009, selling it in 2012 to focus on writing, and launching her range of award winning cake, biscuit and bread mixes.
Winning Sunshine Coast Outstanding Business Woman of the Year in 2012, saw her recognised for her work in researching and producing nutritionally dense and high quality food.
About the book:
Abundance has 50 recipes for living gluten free, grain free. These recipes can be made by anyone. They are affordable, easy, lunch-box friendly, in-season, free-from & delicious.
