It's on again and this time it's going to be huge! The Hat party returns to Joes Waterhole in Eumundi on Thursday the 28th of October.
Some famous local muso types will be there providing the fantastic selection of music. Kicking off at 7:30pm will be Zia Moreau, who is a singer/songwriter/solo artist and bass player. Zia has supported the likes of Billy Thorpe, Deisel and US blues legend Johnny Johnson.
The Audience will then take to the stage (no pun intended). Audience are a 4 piece modern rock outfit who hail from the Sunshine Coast and they recently took out 2 major awards at the national Oz music awards.
Casey Watt is a vocalist who has finished as a top 10 finalist in the Toyota Starmaker competition 2 years running. Casey will play a 45 minute set before Carl Lynch and the Mad Hatters hit the stage and if you haven't caught these lads before, then you will certainly want to catch them again after this gig.
And finally, Showpony will be headlining and it is guaranteed that you will not be able to sit still during their performance. Described as "Thoughtful Rock" Showpony are headed by guitar mystro Ben McGregor. Ben is backed up by Sunshine Coast's hottest talents and their repertoire includes the best rock classics around.
Doors open at 7pm with cover charge only $10. It's a small price to pay for some great local talent, you could even win some great prizes.
Don't forget to wear your hat and those dancing boots. C'mon and support local music, catch up with friends or meet friends at Joes Waterhole. A fun time is guaranteed!
