This February and March read along and study two amazing texts by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Ven. Tony will be sharing teachings and mediations from these two beautifully inspiring books and looking at how we can invite more joy and peace into our lives.
These teachings are suitable for everyone and are offered to our community by donation. Everyone is welcome. The Book of Joy Nobel Peace Prize Laureates His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu have survived more than fifty years of exile and the soul-crushing violence of oppression.
Despite their hardships or, as they would say, because of them they are two of the most joyful people on the planet. Apart from the formal study programmes, Chenrezig Institute is a peaceful, calm and relaxing place to spend a few hours, days or weeks. Also below the far carpark is our new addition 'The Wellbeing Centre' which provides courses focusing on cultivating physical, emotional and mental balance and wellbeing. They are suitable for everyone who maybe looking for genuine happiness and well-being in a non-religious framework
