The Long Lunch
Long lunches are about slowing down our busy lifestyle and stopping to taste, smell and savour. Once a month let your Sunday slowly unfold on the veranda with laughter and the coming together of lovers of fabulous food.
We will be holding a special lunch the last Sunday of the month bringing together the practise of slow food, local talent, great wine and relaxed dining.
Our guests will be seated at a large shared table that spills out onto the veranda. The menu will be set for the day where you just sit back and enjoy a Banquet style meal consisting of a variety of dishes served throughout the afternoon washed down with a good red, crisp white or drinks of your choice that you can purchase from our well stocked bar.
The dishes will be a sample of the fabulous foods from both our own and guest chefs introducing a wide range of international flavours from feasts around the world.

Welcome to 2007! I can feel that it is going to be a fabulous year for all. We return from our holiday refreshed and inspired and we are eager to get back into the swing of things.
We have a big year planned already with the introduction of our dining club called the Posh Plate. We have had a fabulous response and places are filling fast so if you are thinking of joining do so as there is only a few seats remaining.
We are going to be having more live music this year with our own little "fringe festival" during the Muster time and we will be getting Susie Swing Trio/Soul Mates Duo back for Sunday lunch as well as local talent showcasing their talents.
As you are aware we have changed our opening times to Wednesday to Sunday. Opening on Sunday for brunch and lunch and other times by appointment.
